Phoenix is a hybrid grape mostly grown in Germany and England. It is a cross of the Vitis vinifera variety Bacchus with the hybrid grape Villard Blanc. It has a wonderful Muscat fragrance with a light, crisp Sauvignon Blanc flavor profile.
We are very excited about this grape and we will soon have the largest planting on the West Coast. It's so easy to grow organically and finishes at around 10% alcohol making for the perfect summer time refreshment.
